Abax 2 Wireless smoke and heat detector ASD-200

The device makes it possible to detect early symptoms of fire. It operates as part of a two-way ABAX 2/ABAX wireless system. In ABAX 2, radio communication is encrypted in the AES standard.

The detector is equipped with a photoelectric visible smoke sensor placed in a special measuring chamber, whose unique design provides high sensitivity. A precision Hexamesh filter made of stainless steel prevents some dirt and small insects from entering its interior. The ASD-200 also has a thermal sensor that reacts to exceeding a threshold or a sudden rise in temperature. The alarm is signaled acoustically and optically. In addition, the detector monitors the condition of the optical chamber - if it becomes dusty, the LED indicates the need for maintenance.

ASD-200 is characterized by low power consumption. The model is powered by a CR123A 3 V battery, the state of which is monitored - a voltage drop below a certain level is signaled optically and acoustically. In addition, the "ECO" option (only in ABAX 2) allows up to four times the operating time without replacing the battery.

The device has tamper protection against opening the housing.
