Abax 2 Wireless Internal Siren ASP-215 R

ASP-215 R is a signaling device that informs about alarm situations by means of acoustic and optical signaling. It operates as part of a two-way ABAX 2/ABAX wireless system. The device complies with EN 50131 Grade 2 requirements.

Acoustic signaling is generated by means of a piezo transducer (selection of 3 acoustic signals), while optical signaling is generated by LEDs. Both signals can be triggered independently.

Configuration and software update can be done remotely. In the ABAX 2 system, communication is encrypted in the AES standard.

The device features low power consumption. The power source is a CR123A 3 V battery. Its condition is constantly monitored. In addition, the ECO option (only in ABAX 2) allows up to four times longer battery life.

ASP-215 has tamper protection against opening and detachment from the ground. The housing is made of high-impact polycarbonate with very high mechanical strength.

The siren is available in three colors: red (ASP-215 R), blue (ASP-215 BL) and orange (ASP-215 O).
