Product Description

MZ-2 S mounting terminal module

MZ-2 S is a universal mounting terminal module designed for use in low-voltage electrical installations such as alarm systems. It is used to connect several wires together without soldering, using additional cubes or connectors, which greatly simplifies the assembly work. For easy identification of connections, the connectors have been numbered. MZ-2 S is equipped with 18 screw-type terminal blocks with a maximum operating voltage of 24 V AC/DC and a current of up to 500 mA. Metal pins are attached to each terminal to allow jumper connection of selected connectors in series. In addition, the module has a tamper contact that responds to the opening of the housing. The MZ-2 module with screw terminals comes in two varieties differing in the size of terminal blocks: MZ-2 L (large cubes) and MZ-2 S (small cubes). The module is available in an aesthetic white plastic housing.
