Standalone SmartPLC Network Hub-SimplePLC-D4M




SimplePLC Building Automation System is a standalone I/O controlled system using SmartPLC technologies. SmartPLC is a unique and innovative approach to communication,turning a building's electrical system into a communication bus for command and control. Ropam Elektronik's SmartPLC technology opens a new chapter in building automation and provides previously unavailable opportunities for designers and integrators. The Hub-SimplePLC allows distributed "smart switches" ( IO-SimplePLC/IOE-SimplePLC) to be controlled via inputs/outputs. Communication between I/O expanders and the hub is based on the RopamNET bus. On the other hand, the communication between the hub and smart switch is based on low-voltage (230VAC) power lines thanks to SmartPLC technology.

  • Range : virtually unlimited within a single power grid, low-voltage LV building installation, for three-phase grid and/or high interference, use PLC coupler
