G-8 is a passive device, designed for convenient connection of 8 CCTV cables of YAP type (coax + power supply) and orderly branching of power supply from one higher power supply. The G-8 receptacle splits the power supply to 8 outputs, each of which is protected by a fuse and has an LED indicating when it is blown (no light means the fuse is blown).
