Product Description

The OPV-4S surge arrester effectively protects the transmission line by allowing surge current to be dissipated to ground, thus providing proper surge protection for electronic equipment. The device is dedicated to applications where video signals are transmitted differentially via twisted-pair cable OPV-4S does not cause loss of signal quality and is a passive device that does not require power supply. NOTE: Before installation, please read the following recommendations: Connection work must not be performed during a thunderstorm. OPV-4S should be connected to a good grounding system. The limiter should be placed as close as possible to the protected device.
