Kidde K10LLDCO carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide detector

The K10LLDCO carbon monoxide detector with display is equipped with Kidde's electrochemical sensor, guaranteeing a 10-year service life. Powered by a built-in battery that does not require replacement during the lifetime of the device. Such a solution allows the detector to be mounted in an optimal place in the room and provides protection even in the event of a power outage. The built-in LCD display shows the carbon monoxide concentration level from 0 to 999 PPM. CO concentration measurements are taken every second. Exceeding the permissible level of CO is signaled optically (red LED) and acoustically (loud, pulsating sound alarm with a strength of 85dB).

The sensor has a test / reset button for checking the operation of the device and disabling the alarm signaling, as well as a button when pressed, which displays the highest detected CO level stored in the sensor's memory. The sensor has a function that informs about alarm activation in the last 14 days. This allows the user to make sure that carbon monoxide has not been emitted in the room during his absence. The performance monitoring system continuously monitors, among other things: the sensor, internal circuits and battery status. In the event of abnormal operation or low battery, the yellow LED light flashes, the LCD panel displays the relevant graphic information, and a warning beep sounds.

In addition, the sensor is equipped with a simulation test function to quickly check the correct response of the sensor to the CO test gas. Thanks to the specially designed housing, in addition to wall mounting, the sensor can also be placed on a flat surface such as a bedside table near the bed. It has a lock to prevent removal of the device installed on the wall. After 10 years of power activation, the sensor will remind you to replace the device.
