Additional equipment of the armored safe KP PRO FIRE 150 class II

Basic class A key lock

Key lock is the simplest and most popular type of lock. Key locks have low failure rates and are the cheapest of all types of locks available on the market - this is probably why they are so popular. Do they have any disadvantages? Well, practice shows that the biggest disadvantage of a key lock is... the key. A large-size key is a problem to carry, store and possibly give to third parties - such as family members. The key can also, so humanly speaking, be lost or broken, in which case a service visit is necessary. Of course, with the purchased product you will receive from us a set of 2 keys (you can also immediately make another), so it is worth keeping them in separate places. or have one always with you and the other well hidden.

Additional key for Class A key lock

When ordering a product equipped with a Class A key lock (as a primary or secondary lock), you will receive a set of 2 keys for the lock along with the ordered goods.

Do you need more than 2 pieces? Order them directly here. Add the item 'Additional key ' to your product features you will receive the purchased product complete with an additional key or set of keys.

Class B electronic lock

All these inconveniences are eliminated by an electronic lock. Choosing an electronic lock, you don't have to worry about managing your key - remembering where you put it, storing it safely, handing it over to family members, for example, during a long absence, etc. The electronic lock guarantees security and maximum convenience of use. If necessary, you can change the access password, if you think that someone may have suspected it or otherwise gained possession of it. Important - the mechanism of the electronic lock drives a four-sided door locking system (horizontal and vertical bolts) even in those models of safes where vertical bolts are not present as standard.

If you are looking for a safe for the office, an electronic lock will also work here - thanks to the so-called MASTER code, you don't have to worry that your dishonest employee will refuse to give you the code to your safe, for example, when you leave work.

What are the disadvantages of electronic locks? The battery that maintains the lock's operation is the most worrisome - will it be possible to open the safe if it runs out? First of all, the depletion of the battery is indicated by an audible signal, so before there is an interruption in its operation, the user is informed about it, and secondly, even after the battery is completely depleted, it is possible to replace it. So it is worth investing in an electronic lock and enjoy the convenience of using such a lock and the security it guarantees.

Class A combination lock

Mechanical combination locks are a good option for those people who like gangster movies. It is this type of lock that appears most often in movies in which someone tries to open a safe illegally. The advantage of such a lock is the high level of security it guarantees - the combination of digits must be entered very precisely. By the same token, there is also its downside - such a lock requires precision in opening and patience in learning how to use it.

Motoring anchors

Brief instructions for anchoring the safe to the ground.

When buying a safe, it's a good idea to think about anchoring it to external elements (usually the floor or wall). It is recommended that safes weighing up to 1,000 kg be "anchored". This is to prevent the safe from being stolen during a break-in. Remember, professionally performed "anchoring" of your safe will further protect the valuables inside it. If you plan to insure property deposited in a safe, professional anchoring of the safe to the floor or wall may be required by your insurer. Most safes are equipped with factory-prepared holes for special expansion bolts (called anchors). When ordering a safe from our store, you can contact Customer Service and determine where the holes are to be drilled. ivel@ivel.pl

NOTE: The steel expansion joint (anchor) should be embedded in the ground to a depth of not less than 130mm, in concrete min. C12/15.Products weighing more than 1000 kg need not be anchored
