Motion detectionTheBCS-V-EIP45VSR3 has a built-in algorithm for detecting motion in images. In addition, it allows you to send notifications to your phone or computer. In addition, you can freely set the area you are interested in, so that, for example: you can receive notifications only on motion from the entrance gate. In addition to 24/7 recording, the cameras can also record only fragments when motion is detected, which will translate into lower hard drive consumption. |

P2P function
In surveillance cameras is a technology that allows direct communication between the camera and an end device (such as a smartphone or computer) without the need for an external server. Here are the main features and principles of this function:
- Direct Connection: P2P allows a direct connection between the camera and the user's device. This means that video data can be transmitted directly, without having to go through an intermediary server.
- Ease of Setup: One of the main advantages of P2P is the ease of setup. Users often only need to scan a QR code or enter a camera ID to establish a connection.
- Remote Access: The user can access the camera's video from anywhere in the world, provided both the camera and the end device have Internet access.

Live Streaming (RTMP)
RTMP, or Real-Time Messaging Protocol, is a protocol used to transmit audio, video and other data in real time over the Internet. In the context of surveillance cameras, RTMP is mainly used to stream live video from a camera to a server or platform, which can be local or remote.
RTMP is particularly useful for applications that require live streaming to the Internet, such as streaming services or social media. Its use in surveillance cameras allows wide access to camera video, both for individual users and professional surveillance teams.

Efficient storage
H.265+ encoding, also known as High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC+), is an advanced video compression technology used in modern surveillance systems. It is an extension of the H.265/HEVC standard, providing even higher compression efficiency than its predecessors. The main features of H.265+ coding in surveillance DVRs are:
- Higher Compression Efficiency: H.265+ makes it possible to significantly reduce the size of video files while maintaining the same image quality. This saves disk space and increases the storage time of recordings.
- Energy Savings: More efficient compression reduces the CPU load, resulting in lower power consumption of surveillance equipment.

Power Over Ethernet (PoE)
Power over Ethernet (PoE) in surveillance cameras is a technology that allows data and electrical power to be transmitted to a network device over a single Ethernet cable. With this solution, cameras can be installed in locations where access to power sources is limited or non-existent. PoE simplifies installation, reducing the need for additional cables and power supplies. In addition, surveillance systems using PoE are easier to scale, as adding a new camera only requires connecting it to the PoE network. This increases the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of surveillance systems.

Certified IP67 housing
This housing protects the camera from the elements, such as dust, dirt and moisture, which is especially important in industrial or dusty environments. Cameras with IP67 housing can be installed in a variety of locations, from industrial to marine, without worrying about environmental damage. |

Wide Dynamic Range - That is, high quality in challenging conditions
WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), or Wide Dynamic Range, in surveillance cameras is a technology that improves image quality in difficult lighting conditions, especially when there are very bright and very dark areas in the camera's field of view at the same time. Key aspects of the WDR function are:
- Exposure balancing: WDR helps produce clear images in situations where there is strong backlighting or underexposure, such as when filming from inside a building overlooking a brightly lit exterior.
- Preservation of detail: With WDR, cameras can better capture details in the dark and bright parts of the image. This allows clear recognition of faces, vehicle license plate numbers and other important elements that might not be visible under standard conditions.
- Image processing technology: WDR achieves its effects by quickly switching between different exposure levels or by combining several images taken with different exposure settings to create a single, balanced image.
- Usefulness in security monitoring: This feature is particularly important in security monitoring systems, where it is important to get clear images in a wide variety of lighting conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

People and vehicle detectionMotion detection with silhouette recognition of people and vehicles in surveillance cameras is an advanced feature that allows to increase the precision and efficiency of monitoring systems. It allows the camera to classify notifications according to the type of silhouette detected. At the same time providing more detailed information, but also completely filtering out irrelevant ones such as: Moving trees and bushes. |

D.O.R.I.
The DORI (Detection, Observation, Recognition, Identification) parameter is used to determine the ability of video systems, such as surveillance cameras, to detect, observe, recognize and identify objects or people at specific distances. The values given for each of these four elements determine the effective range at which the system can perform each of these activities:
- Detection (60m): The system is able to detect the presence of an object or person at a distance of up to 60 meters. This means that at this distance you can tell that something is within the camera's range of view, but you can't necessarily determine what it is.
- Observation (24m): At a distance of up to 24 meters, the system can not only detect an object, but also provide enough detail for the observer to get an idea of the general shape and perhaps some of the characteristics of the object, but without exact recognition.
- Recognition (12m): Recognition at a distance of up to 12m enables the system to provide enough detail for the observer to determine the type of object, for example, to distinguish whether it is a person, car or other object.
- Identification (6m): At a distance of up to 6 meters, the system is able to provide a highly detailed image to identify specific features of an object or person, such as a face, vehicle license plate, etc., enabling accurate identification.
