R-3 812 12VAC/DC electric strike. Main features:

Electric strike 812 is used for remote opening of doors and wickets, left and right and double-leaf. Model 812 was made of aluminum alloys, powder coated. The electromagnetic catch is designed for doors and wickets made of metal sections, for cooperation with a latch or a ratchet lock. The catches can work with intercom systems in the entrance doors of multi-family buildings. They are made of corrosion-resistant materials, so they can be, installed outdoors, however, they should be protected against flooding, weather and paint.
