PROTECT-207 is a mobile recorder designed for use in coaches, city buses, busses, streetcars, subways, company and passenger vehicles, as well as special vehicles, i.e. trucks, police cars, prison or military vehicles, ambulances The device has been specially designed to exhibit increased vibration and shock resistance The recorder supports a 2.5" drive with a capacity of up to 2 TB. PROTECT-207's power cords are connected to the battery and ignition (analogous to a radio) so that when the ignition is turned, the device automatically starts recording audio-video Additionally, the device has a power backup and continues recording for 8 seconds after a power outage. PROTECT-207 has 4 video inputs equipped with standard M12 connectors
