Thanks to a specially designed lens and high sensor sensitivity, cameras with SkyLight technology are able to capture detailed and clear images even in minimal light, without the need for an additional light source. This makes them ideal for night surveillance and in areas with changing light conditions. SkyLight significantly improves the effectiveness of surveillance by reducing noise and providing natural color reproduction, which is crucial for accurate recognition of objects and people.
Vehicle license plate recognition - ARTR function from BCS
License plate recognition on the BCS-P-TIP74VSR5-ITC-0832 is fully automated and includes both number identification and vehicle image capture. The recorded numbers and photos are stored in the trip database, and the system can track vehicles traveling at speeds of up to 80 km/h. The characters contained on the license plates can be used for various activities, such as automatically opening gates for specific vehicles. The system supports blacklisting and whitelisting, allowing management of up to 20,000 items. Camera images go directly to the ARTR server, where license plate numbers are read after analysis. The camera should be mounted between 8 and 30 meters from the vehicle.
