The ROI function allows you to define one or more areas in the field of view of the IPC-HFW2849TL-S-PRO camera that are particularly important to monitor, such as entrances, cash registers, or high-traffic areas. In these designated regions, the camera can capture images at a higher resolution and bitrate, providing more detail. The rest of the frame, less important to the user, can be recorded at a lower resolution, saving bandwidth and disk space.
H.265+ encoding, also known as High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC+), is an advanced video compression technology used in modern surveillance systems.
