D.O.R.I.

The DORI parameter (Detection, Observation, Recognition, Identification) is used to determine the ability of video systems, such as BCS-P-EIP25FSR3L3-AI2(2) cameras, to detect, observe, recognize, and identify objects or people at specific distances. The values given for each of these four elements define the effective range at which the system can perform each of these tasks:

Detection (63 m): The system is able to detect the presence of an object or person at a distance of up to 63 meters. This means that at this distance, it is possible to determine that something is within the camera’s field of view, but not necessarily what it is.

Recognition (13 m): Recognition at a distance of up to 13 meters allows the system to provide enough detail for the observer to determine the type of object, for example distinguish whether it is a person, a car, or another object.
Identification (6 m): At a distance of up to 6 meters, the system can provide a very detailed image that allows identification of specific object or person features, such as a face, vehicle license plate, etc., enabling precise identification.

Wide dynamic range - high quality in difficult conditions

WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) 130 dB is an advanced technology used in surveillance cameras such as BCS-P-EIP25FSR3L3-AI2(2), which enables the recording of clear images in conditions with high lighting contrast, where both bright and dark areas may occur simultaneously in the same scene. WDR 130 dB is a technology based on combining two or more frames with different exposures into one image. In practice, the camera records two images — one with a short exposure time that captures details in bright areas, and another with a longer exposure time that captures details in dark areas. The camera software then combines these images to obtain one well-balanced frame in which all details are visible.

Unlike traditional two-dimensional noise reduction (2D DNR), which analyzes noise only within a single frame, 3D DNR takes into account both information from one frame and differences between adjacent frames.
