TRO-4G/400 is designed to supply DC voltage and receive video signal from 4 TRN-1/400 devices (video transformers - transmitters), via twisted-pair cable (UTP, FTP) over a distance of up to 400 meters The camera signal fed to the input of the TRN-1/400 transmitter, is sent to the TRO-4G/400 receiver via twisted-pair cable. In the transmitter and receiver, the impedance of the 75Ω coaxial cable is matched to the impedance of the symmetrical cable, which provides video transmission up to 400 meters. The TRO-4G/400 receiver injects unstabilized DC voltage (up to a maximum of 40V DC) into the twisted-pair cable, which in the TRN-1/400 transmitter is stabilized to 12V DC allowing it to power cameras with a thermostat.
