This feature allows the electric strike to be used in battery-supported control systems, where the current consumption of each device is extremely important. The electric strike has a mechanical interlock switch that can be set to the OPEN or CLOSED position. In the OPEN state, you can pass through the door for any length of time without giving electrical impulses. In the CLOSED state, it works as standard as other electromagnetic lock models. The switch setting is possible only when the door is open. Once the door is closed, changing the switch position is not possible. It is used in places where there is a lot of traffic during the day and there is no need to control the entry of people. Depending on the need, the electromagnetic lock can be switched to the mode of operation with control of admission of persons. The electric door strike is equipped with a microswitch with terminals, which completely replaces additional electromagnets installed in the door. This makes it possible, in addition, to control the status of the entrance (for example, control of an underclosed door), giving a signal to the control system or control panel. The height of the lock body with signaling is increased by 7 mm - microswitch. Without applying voltage - electric door strike locked. Applying voltage will unlock the electric strike. To unlock/lock the electric strike for a longer period of time, change the position of the lever on the side of the striker.
