Carbon monoxide and natural gas detector 2in1 EURA CGD-50A2

The Eura CGD-50A2 Chad and Gas Sensor is used to continuously monitor the presence of carbon monoxide and natural gas in the air, and to detect and alert on exceeding the maximum safe concentration of these gases. It does not require any additional equipment for proper operation, and a single free power outlet is sufficient for its connection. It is small in size, enclosed in a single housing. It uses 2 separate technologically advanced sensors - a semiconductor sensor responsible for gas detection and an electrochemical sensor that detects carbon monoxide. The electronic control system allows the device to achieve a high detection rate at a relatively low price and low power consumption.

When a dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide or gas in the air is detected, the device generates an acoustic and visual alarm. Chad and gas detector CGD-50A2 should be installed in a room where there is a potential danger associated with
the occurrence of a dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide or gas leakage. When choosing its location, it is important to keep in mind which of the possible dangers is most likely. In order to monitor the room for the presence of:

• carbon monoxide - the device is installed at head height (e.g., the installation height in the bedroom is about 0.7 m, and in the living room - 1.5 m from the floor)....
• natural gas - the device should be installed above 1.5 m above the floor.

When choosing the place of installation of the CGD-50A2 chad and gas detector, you should also make sure that the possible acoustic alarm will be well heard from other rooms of the building.

NOTE!

In addition, each specimen of the Eura CGD-50A2 chad detector has been individually tested in a Polish laboratory, in a special chamber for the triggering of an optical and acoustic alarm, caused by the presence of carbon monoxide in the atmosphere. The alarm was activated in less than 3 minutes at a measurement concentration of 300 p.p.m. (the number of carbon monoxide particles in 1 million air molecules).
