Electronic door handle with access controller Eura "ELH-20H4" is designed for use in hotels and apartments for rent. The firmware of the device simultaneously supports two operating systems - TTLock and TTHotel.

TTLock - remote management of apartments for rent

Thanks to a mobile application that allows remote assignment of entrance privileges, it is possible to completely abandon traditional keys. Communication with guests is carried out using codes generated from the application sent to phones, among others. The free TTLock mobile application is available for iOS and Android platforms. It allows direct control of the signboard via Bluetooth, sending digital access keys and codes with different types of permissions. The TTLock app allows you to add proximity keys (key fobs) working in the 13.56 MHz Mifare standard to the signboard. In addition, it is possible to view the reservation log, add/delete granted accesses, i.e. digital keys, codes or proximity cards.
Digital access keys are intended for other users of the application, they are most often used by facility maintenance staff. The keys are accessible from the application's position and allow to open the lock being in range of the Bluetooth transmitter.
Access codes are intended for guests - generated in the mobile application, they can be sent via SMS, email or the WeChat app. The code message can be freely edited, supplementing it with important information such as the code for the intercom or the password for the WiFi network. Depending on your needs, it is possible to generate different types of codes, including permanent, temporary or one-time codes.

TTHotel - mobile hotel reception in your phone

TTHotel is a lightweight PMS (Property Management System) software available for Andorid, iOS and Windows platforms (desktop software). The application allows you to manage hotel reservations by generating access codes, adding proximity cards, controlling accommodations (viewing room status), or managing staff. TTHotel is a cloud-based system compliant with the OWASP standard and certified by a security organization.

Two peripheral devices - WiFi gateway and card programmer - are dedicated to expand the functionality of device operation. Note: The access control door handle does not require an Internet connection for proper operation. However, the use of a WiFi gateway in the system significantly expands its functionality.

Easy installation using the lock already installed in the door

The access controller is designed for external and internal installation, both in left- and right-opening doors, and the universal mounting screw spacing of 38~40.5 mm in most cases allows the use of a lock already installed in the door. On the body of the escutcheon is a touch-sensitive keypad with a built-in proximity key (key fob/pastille) reader and Bluetooth module. When the RFID key fob is brought close to the reader or a code is entered into the keypad, a pulse is given from the access control module, after which the servomotor unlocks the mechanical gear, allowing the door to be opened by pressing the handle on the outside sign normally. The waiting period for pressing the handle is set at the factory to about 5 seconds, after which time the gearbox is locked again and the lock goes into a waiting state for the next pulse. From the inside of the premises, it is always possible to open the door by simply pressing the handle. When the open door is closed, the latch mechanism is immediately triggered, making it impossible to open the door from the outside without approaching the card or entering the code. In the event of a battery drain or malfunction, it is possible to open the lock using an ordinary mechanical key, 2 pieces of which are included in each set. The electronic door handle is powered by 4 alkaline batteries of 1.5V type AA. On one set of batteries it can work for about 1 year.
