Motion detection

IPC-B140HA-LUC has a built-in image motion detection algorithm. Additionally, it allows sending notifications to a phone or computer. You can also freely define the area of interest, so that, for example, you receive notifications only about movement at the entrance gate. In addition to recording 24/7, the cameras can also record only fragments after motion is detected, which reduces hard drive usage.

P2P function

WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) 120 dB is an advanced technology used in surveillance cameras such as the IPC-B140HA-LUC, which enables recording clear images in conditions of high lighting contrast, where both bright and dark areas may appear simultaneously in the same scene. WDR 120 dB is a technology based on combining two or more frames with different exposures into one image. In practice, the camera records two images — one with a short exposure time, which captures details in bright areas, and another with a longer exposure time, which captures details in dark parts. Then the camera software combines these images to obtain one well-balanced frame in which all details are visible.
