Kidde 10SCO carbon monoxide and smoke detector

Kidde 10SCO carbon monoxide and smoke detector is used to protect rooms from fire and carbon monoxide. The device has two independent sensors (sensors) placed in a single housing. The smoke sensor monitors the air for the presence of products formed by burning or smoldering objects. The carbon monoxide detector is used to monitor the room for the presence of chad (CO). If a fire is detected and/or the permissible concentration of carbon monoxide is exceeded, an acoustic alarm with a strength of 85dB is activated, a visual alarm (red LED) and a voice notification (in English) is emitted to inform about the type of danger detected. A built-in automatic performance monitoring system monitors the status of sensors, batteries and internal circuits, among other things. If a malfunction is detected, signaling appropriate to the fault is activated. A Test/Reset button allows for control and operation of the sensor. The device's memory stores information about the detection of CO concentrations exceeding 100 PPM. This allows the user to check whether carbon monoxide has been emitted in the room during his absence.

The Kidde 10SCO carbon monoxide and smoke detector can be mounted on the ceiling or wall. The battery power supply allows the sensor to be installed in the most optimal location and also provides protection in the event of a power outage. After 10 years of power activation, the sensor will inform you that the device needs to be replaced.


The Kidde 10SCO carbon monoxide and smoke detector is the only device in the world that meets both the PN-EN14604:2006P (EN14604:2005) standard for home smoke detectors and the PN-EN50291-1:2010 standard for home carbon monoxide detectors.
