Product Description
BCS-IP8/E-S is a set for powering IP CCTV cameras. The device is a convenient solution to the problem of central power supply for surveillance cameras. The device is designed to work with IP cameras and other network devices powered by PoE 802.3at/af and PoE PASSIVE standards. The LONG RANGE mode allows to extend the transmission range up to 280m using standard UTP cable. The device is enclosed in a BCS-E indoor housing providing a convenient solution to the problem of aesthetically pleasing installation of monitoring devices and termination of indoor cabling. The housing is made of steel sheet, powder-coated in semi-matte white color.
Features of the set:
- ability to power 9 PoE 802.3at/af or PoE PASSIVE receivers.
- up to 70W power on LAN_5 PoE IN/OUT port
- up to 40W power on the remaining PoE ports
- ability to transmit data up to 280m (in LONG RANGE mode)
- possibility to turn off power on selected PoE ports
- independent electronic fuses for each PoE channel (auto return)
- low internal heating thanks to high efficiency of the power supply (> 90%)
- easy and quick startup without configuring parameters
- easy system expansion by attaching additional switches
- possibility to keep cables inside the enclosure
- cable grommets at the back of the enclosure
The BCS-IP8/E-S set includes:

- Additional surge protection for 48V output (transil diode) and AC input (varistor)
