Product Description
UT-2USB v.2.0 enables communication with serial devices working in RS485 standard via USB port on PC.
Basically, this interface has been designed for use in RACS access control system nevertheless it can be also used in other situations where there is a need for communication with a serial device equipped with RS485 port.
Thanks to galvanic isolation built in UT-2USB v.2.0, the computer to which the interface is connected is electrically isolated from the devices connected to the RS485 terminals and there is no danger of equipotential currents flowing between the power supply grounds.

- average current consumption 20 mA (when powered by 12 VDC) and 40 mA (when powered from the computer's USB port)
- maximum transmission speed 230.4 kbps
