Steps necessary to disconnect the device from the Hik-connect platform ( P2P cloud )
There are two ways to solve the problem, descriptions of the procedures can be seen below.

De-association of the device through the windows application SADP Tool

Download and install the application on the computer connected to the local network where the device is located
Link to the application: SADP TOOL

In the application select the device and click the Ubnind button.

In the new window "Unbind Hik-connect Account" enter:
User Name - User's name (the user of the device is admin by default)
Password - Password (admin password set during device activation)
Veryfication code - Verification code (rewrite the characters from the picture)
Click Confirm button.
