Reset device password via windows application SADP Tool

Install the application on a computer working in the same network as the device(IP camera or DVR):

Start the application, in the program select the device of interest, click "Forgot Password"(Forgot Password) button.

In the new window, select Export, then indicate the folder to save the file, Exported message will appear.

NOTE: after saving the password restoration file, you can not turn off the device, otherwise the file becomes invalid!

The request to restore the password with the attached *.xml file should be sent to the e-mail address ivel@ivel.pl along with a copy of the proof of purchase confirming the purchase of the device in our store (scan, photo, etc.), after which you will receive the reset file back.

Select Import File, the file *.xml you receive back should be indicated using the button with the directory icon.

After pointing to the file, you need to set a new password, obeying the rules of its complexity.

New Password:
Confirm Password: ( Repeat the password )
