Thanks to its unique design, the FA3313 provides a quick response even when detecting trace amounts of carbon monoxide in the air. Carbon monoxide - a silent killer


Carbon monoxide is a toxic gas which, when inhaled by humans, is easily absorbed into the bloodstream. Its dangerous concentration can permanently damage the body, even leading to death. There is a risk of the formation of carbon monoxide in rooms equipped with heating devices with an open combustion chamber, such as fireplaces, oil stoves, gas stoves, boilers or coal cookers. The greatest danger exists in places with poorly functioning ventilation, where the amount of air needed for the combustion process is too small. For this reason, every year in Poland up to several thousand poisonings by this dangerous gas.

The FireAngel concern specializes in the production of autonomous detectors to protect against the main dangers in the home, which are carbon monoxide and fire. As a market leader in the production of detectors, FireAngel, has production facilities around the world, and is headquartered in Coventry, England. As of 2018, the company has one of the most modern manufacturing plants located in Tczew, Poland.

Operation of the FA3313 Sensor

FireAngel FA3313 provides a full guarantee of safety. If a threat is detected, it will inform with a clear optical signal and a loud 85 dB alarm. In addition, it has a unique technology that allows to increase the sensitivity of the sensor when a small amount of carbon monoxide is detected. The built-in self-monitoring system continuously checks the correct operation of the device and will inform of abnormal operation if necessary.

Features and operation of the FA3313 Sensor

The device is powered by two replaceable AA batteries, which are included in the set. When the batteries become weak the sensor will notify you for 30 days that the batteries need to be replaced. The device has a button TEST/RESET - used to control and operate the device.

Installation, application of the FA3313 Sensor

The FA3313 detector is simple to install, as well as to use. It can be installed with a mounting plate to the wall or placed anywhere, such as on a cabinet. By meeting the requirements of EN50291-2:2019, the sensor can be used not only in residential homes, but also in campers, caravans and yachts.

Certificate and Warranty

The FA3313 Chad sensor is equipped with a state-of-the-art electrochemical sensor, developed at PACE-Sensor's Canadian-owned facilities. The high quality of the device is confirmed by the BSI certificate of compliance with EN50291-1:2018 and EN50291-2:2019. The detector also meets the requirements of the latest building products regulations and has the Safety Mark B. The device has a 10-year warranty and service life. An automatic system will inform you of the end of the life and the need for replacement with a new one.
