PRT64EM-G outdoor proximity reader with keypad
The PRT64EM-G proximity reader can operate in terminal or standalone mode, and can be used as a proximity terminal connected to a master access controller or be configured for standalone operation as a simple access controller. The device can be configured for many popular transmission formats, which in practice makes it compatible with most access controllers available on the market. The PRT64EM reader has been designed for use in access control systems based on EM 125 KHz standard proximity tags. The reader in terminal mode operates as a slave device to the access controller and its role is limited to reading the card number and sending the read data to the access controller.
