Dahua 5Mpx 16:9 resolution
Traditional 5Mpx resolution CCTV camera captures images in 4:3 video format, thus customers often complain about the loss of display quality on HD monitors (16:9) due to various image distortions. To solve the problem, Dahua is launching a new series of AnalogHD 5Mpx cameras in 16:9 format.
Starlight - See more than anyone else
Starlight technology in surveillance cameras enables clear and colorful images even in very low-light conditions by increasing the sensitivity of the camera's sensor, using special lenses and digital image processing algorithms. As a result, cameras equipped with this technology are able to capture image details and colors in lighting conditions eight times lower than those of cameras without this technology.

- 2D NR- Digital noise reduction prevents the appearance of noise, interference on the recorded image.
- DWDR- Software-based technique that allows easier identification of objects in dark areas of the image by using gamma correction (preserves natural shadows and lighting - as opposed to simply changing brightness or contrast).
- AWB- A white balance mode that adjusts the colors in the camera's image to match light of different color temperatures.
- AGC- The camera amplifies the output signal when lighting conditions deteriorate and keeps it constant. a
- BLC- A function designed to evenly distribute light in the foreground and background. The algorithm works by automatically adjusting the brightness over the entire monitored image.
- HLC- The algorithm detects image points that are highly illuminated and then masks them allowing effective observation. HLC mode is extremely useful for surveillance of underground parking lots. It makes it possible to read license plate numbers that are obscured by "bright spots" from headlights.
- Privacy masks- Using the features of the camera with the function of privacy zones, it is feasible to adapt the way the surveillance system operates to the spatial specifics and security requirements of a particular installation site. Thanks to the system of privacy masks, it is possible to freely designate parts of the image, which will be excluded from video surveillance.
