Product Description
AOD-210 outdoor wireless dual-way motion detector
The AOD-210 detector is designed to operate within a two-way wireless ABAX 2/ABAX system - both outdoors and indoors in protected areas with specific environmental conditions (e.g. halls). The detector complies with EN 50131 Grade 2 requirements (for indoor applications).
The use of two detection paths (PIR + MW), combined with advanced digital signal processing and dynamic temperature compensation, ensures effective motion detection. The device can also protect the approach zone, as well as realize the Pet function - resistance to pet movement (up to 20 kg). The AOD-210 monitors the motion detection system and signals any irregularities in its operation. The detector is characterized by high resistance to false alarms.
AOD-210 has built-in sensors: temperature and dusk (with sensitivity adjustment), which allow it to be used in alarm systems with home automation - without the need to install additional solutions. LED indicators indicate violations in test mode, facilitating the process of testing the detector.
Configuration of the device, as well as software updates, are done remotely. In the ABAX 2 system, radio communication is encrypted in the AES standard.
The detector has a polycarbonate housing (IP54 protection class), on which the HOOD C (white color) or HOOD C GY (gray color) protective canopy can be mounted. The design of the AOD-210 detector allows it to be mounted directly on a flat surface. If the device is to be tilted, vertically or horizontally, special brackets from the BRACKET C (white) or BRACKET C GY (gray) set should be used: angle or ball. The detector is equipped with sabotage protection, against opening and detachment from the ground.
The device is powered by a CR123A 3 V battery. It features low power consumption, and the available "ECO" mode (only in ABAX 2) additionally allows the detector to extend its operating time - up to four times.
AOD-210 is available in two color versions: white (AOD-210) and gray (AOD-210 GY).
