A carbon monoxide (chad) detector should be installed in each room where there is a fuel-burning appliance (boiler room, bathroom, living room, etc.). Installation of additional sensors is recommended in rooms where users spend a lot of time (such as a bedroom or living room).

The sensor is certified to meet the requirements of the Polish standard PN EN 50291-1: 2010 for home carbon monoxide detectors. Compliance with the aforementioned standard has been confirmed by the independent testing body British Standard Institute (BSI).
