Universal two-channel shutter actuator Satel KNX-BSA12L



The KNX-BSA12L module is a KNX blind actuator that allows you to control the movement of blinds such as horizontal (Venetian) blinds, vertical blinds (verticals), roller blinds and awnings. It also allows you to control the movement of motorized windows. The KNX-BSA12L module is designed to control devices with a 24 V DC motor. It has two physical outputs, which correspond to two logical channels. Each channel allows you to control one selected type of curtain or window.

Main features:

  • communication with KNX bus through the integrated bus connector
  • feedback on the status of the module and individual channels
  • selectable curtain type for each channel
  • automatic detection of curtain travel time and slat adjustment time
  • weather alerts (rain, wind, frost)
  • position override function
  • possibility to call scenes for each channel using 1- and 8-bit commands
  • safeguards that allow detection of a curtain error (no power supply, incorrect position, mechanical jamming, motor overheating)
  • manual control of curtain travel using buttons on the housing
  • LEDs for presentation of the status of each channel / curtain
  • module configuration using ETS software
  • possibility of mounting on a DIN rail (35 mm)
