Temperature and humidity monitoring system in the range of -20 to +80 deg C, 0 to 100 % RH Ropam
Temperature and humidity monitoring system consisting of Ropam BasicGSM-BOX 2 module, temperature and humidity sensor RHT-2, power supply is a modern solution for effective control of atmospheric conditions indoors. It takes precise and regular measurements and alerts you to temperature or humidity deviations from the norm.
The system is recommended for, among others:
- food industry (e.g. butcher stores, warehouses, cold stores),
- the horticultural industry (e.g., greenhouse crops),
- transportation industry,
- medical industry,
- server rooms,
- museum facilities.
It will prove itself wherever accurate and continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity is required.
How does this temperature and humidity monitoring system work? The offered kit is a modern device, equipped with temperature and humidity sensors.
The device:
- takes measurements every 30 sec,
- measurements in the temperature range -20-70⁰C and humidity 0 to 100 % RH,
- sends notification by SMS, e-mail or phone if an abnormality or failure is detected,
- performs LogicProcessor functions - for example, regulating the operation of the thermostat.
Ropam BasicGSM-BOX 2:
- can be controlled using RopamBasic mobile application, BasicGSM Manager computer application or via SMS,
- provides remote programming via GPRS (RopamBridge) and local programming (micro USB connection).
- Can perform the functions of a control panel,
- supports USSD codes via RopamBasic/SMS,
- allows you to upload 8 different voice messages,
- has an extensive LogicProcessor, with 10 independent logic conditions, 10 time relays and 4 calendar timers,
- sends SMS/CLIP/VOICE/E-mail notifications,
- has a built-in memory of up to 1,000 events with an overwrite function.

Explanation:
- Name - name of the temperature sensor (required to be displayed in STAN SMS messages, in RopamBasic application, RopamDroid application).
- Alarm when: the module sends a notification in the form as below (required to select the necessary forms of notification of exceeding the set temperature threshold).
- Gradient overrun alarm: the module sends a notification when the set gradient (rate of change) of temperature is exceeded beyond the specified value defined in the ....... field. [ºC/min].
- Hysteresis: difference of temperature values for lower and upper switching threshold. Example: if the set temperature a = 30[ºC] and b = 20[ºC] and the hysteresis is set to 2[ºC], the module will turn off heating when the temperature drops below 22[ºC] and will turn off heating when the temperature rises above 28[ºC].
- Temperature sensor failure: notification of temperature sensor failure/failure sent to the system user. Possible notification options: the same as for the occurrence of exceed temperature value alarms (j/w).
- Interval for writing values to memory: interval between writing consecutive temperature values to the module's event memory. Minimum time: 1 [min], max interval time: 1440 [min].
