Set of exhausts on and exhaust level MK-1.5/ODC-1

A set of lashings for making the first lashing level for multi-element structures made of MK-1.5 segments Lashings are designed for installation between the 4th and 5th lattice element

Contents of the set:

• 3x Collar,
• 18x M8x40 bolt with nut,
• 6x Bushing for rope ø5mm,
• 3x Wire rope ø5mm, 12m - cuffed on one side, with spare,
• 9x Rope clamp ø5mm ,
• 3x Shackle 0.75T,
• 3x M10 eye bolt

Joining procedure:

1. Bolt the collar between the 2 sections of the MK-1.5 mast (between the 4th and 5th lattice members)
2. Put a shackle through the mounting hole in the collar with a cotter pin toward the mast.
3. Attach the lashing rope to the shackle with the forged end (where the caoutchouc is rigged)
4. Put the free end of the rope (the one without the caoutchouc) through the caoutchouc attached to the turnbuckle.
5Anchor the free end of the turnbuckle through the eye to the foundation (the fastener depends on the anchoring - on the customer side)
6. Take up the slack in the rope, put on 3 rope clamps and tighten. Remember to pull the first clamp "loosely" as close as possible to the caoutchouc - so that the rope adheres nicely around the circumference and only then tighten. Failure to take up the slack may result in the rope slipping out of the thimble and the connection will not work properly, or in the long run the rope will chafe. The clamps should be moved about 30cm away from each other, and the remaining rope should be cut or buffed - as it may come in handy when changing or moving mast anchor points.

Zestaw został zaprojektowany z uwzględnieniem poprawki na długoterminową korozję liny - siła zrywająca dla nowego zestawu wynosi 800kg na jedną linę.
