ETHM-A universal monitoring module

ETHM-A is a universal monitoring module that can operate autonomously, as part of an intrusion alarm system or in automation systems. The module allows the transmission of information over the Ethernet network. In alarm systems, the module can be used to implement monitoring, working with any control panel connected to the module via its dialer. ETHM-A can also be connected to the control panel, using properly configured control panel outputs connected to the module's inputs. The ETHM-A has 8 inputs that can be programmed as NO, NC or analog to work with devices equipped with NO or NC outputs or analog sensors or digital-to-analog converters. In addition, it is equipped with a 1-Wire type digital sensor bus. This makes it possible to connect as many as 8 sensors (e.g. temperature) with a maximum bus length of up to 30 m. This allows the module to collect and transmit various types of data within the IoT, such as the current temperature, degree of humidity and others. ETHM-A can also transmit to the monitoring station the events that took place in the alarm system (e.g., arming, alarm and others). The ETHM-A has 4 transistor outputs (OC). They can be controlled remotely, e.g. using the GX CONTROL mobile application, a computer with GX Soft software installed, or within the IoT. The module also allows sending notifications via PUSH messages to mobile devices with the GX CONTROL app installed, and via email. Programming and configuration is done on a computer with GX Soft installed. The connection of the module with the program is made locally (USB) or remotely (Ethernet). The firmware of the ETHM-A can be updated remotely through cooperation with the UpServ program.
