Providing adequate motion detection in open spaces is a major challenge that the multi-award-winning WatchOut detector is up to. The improved WatchOut detector is equipped with active Anti-masking and proximity alarm. In addition, specially developed technologies by Risco - Sway Recognition™ and Digital Correlation™ take motion detection to a whole new level.

SWAY RECOGNITION™ TECHNOLOGY

Trend-setting technology that recognizes and excludes from detection objects that move in the wind, such as trees or bushes, but do not change their position. This is made possible by two microwave channels that allow the detector to know whether the object from which the microwave has been reflected is standing still, approaching or moving away.

DIGITAL CORRELATION™ TECHNOLOGY

The detector is equipped with two PIR sensors, from which it continuously compares motion detection data. This solution reduces false alarms and makes the detection more resistant to temperature fluctuations.

PROXIMITY ALARM

The detector is able to recognize if an object is moving directly towards it, so that when it gets dangerously close to the detector an alarm will be triggered before the perpetrator can cause damage to the device.

ANTI-MASKING

When the lens of the device is painted or covered, an alarm will be triggered immediately.
