Flux gel is a concentrated rosin flux of RMA grade designed for SMT assembly and repairs Flux gel can be applied through a screen, stencil or from a syringe Activators used in the production of flux allow its residues after the soldering process to remain on the package (as long as the production process does not include a washing phase)
