The built-in infrared illuminator allows night operation, and the varifocal lens with a wide range of viewing angle adjustment allows optimal image framing in all conditions. The range of the illuminator given by the manufacturer depends on the environmental conditions (air transparency, surroundings, wall color, i.e. the so-called reflectance of the scene). Thanks to the "Starlight" technology used, the camera is sufficient for very low illumination to obtain a clear color image. The possibility of PoE power supply, according to the 802.3at standard, makes the device even more versatile and easier to install.
