Product Description
TERM-GLUE/120 thermally conductive adhesive is used for fixing heat sinks placed, among others, on memory chips, transistors and bridges Thanks to the use of the adhesive, excellent heat conduction parameters are obtained. Using the product, you can also connect heating elements or fill gaps between them. Depending on the thickness of the applied layer, it takes about 24 to 48 hours for the adhesive to dry completely.
