With ePoE technology, you can transmit power and data over much longer distances. ePoE allows power to be delivered to network devices over distances of up to 800 meters using a suitable optical cable. This is achieved through the use of advanced transmission techniques, such as multi-frequency signal transmission or the use of media converters that convert the PoE signal into an optical signal and vice versa.
