LV-V-IP5M25DF-B is a camera created for good quality surveillance. It is a network camera, which means that the video signal is transported digitally, so it is of much better quality than in analog cameras. In addition, it is equipped with 120dB hardware WDR, this allows the camera to retain image detail in dark and brightened areas. It has two infrared LEDs, which are fully sufficient to illuminate most properties. In addition, it can be used as an independent surveillance device thanks to support for memory cards with a maximum capacity of 512GB.
ADVANTAGE OF IP MONITORING OVER AHD
It is primarily responsible for the digital signal in network monitoring. When the image in AHD sets loses quality due to the analog signal, IP sets maintain a clear and crisp image. In addition, network monitoring can be much more easily connected to an existing network installation in a home or business.
Another strong point of IP monitoring is the ability to run only one cable to the camera, connecting the camera to the DVR with a UTP cable, you will provide the camera with power and video signal.
Contrary to what you might think, network monitoring and analog monitoring have very similar Internet bandwidth consumption. When not using the live view on the mobile app, internet usage is negligible. The cameras transmit video to the DVR over the local network, and even when your provider's Internet network goes down, the monitoring will continue to function.
Toshiba drives are specially designed devices for the monitoring system, resistant to continuous operation for 24 hours, which ordinary PC drives would not withstand. In addition, the 1TB drive is enough for two weeks of recording, after which time old recordings will begin to overwrite with new ones.
Bitvision is a mobile application for smartphones and tablets, which allows you to access video viewing from anywhere on earth with Internet access, notification in case of event detection, and in addition, it does not require an external IP address. The app is in Polish and available for free for Android and iOS devices.
The cameras are IP67-certified, which means they have been adequately protected against moisture and harsh weather conditions.
In turn, they are equally suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.
The cameras have motion detection functions in the image, such a solution informs about any object moving in the frame. In addition, you can adjust the sensitivity of detection and the area in the image to cancel unwanted alerts caused by the movement of plants or smaller animals.
The suggested mounting surface for dome cameras is horizontal surfaces (e.g. ceilings), in order to properly mount the camera it is necessary to position its frame so that there are no walls 1-2m away in the field of view, or other closely placed obstacles that may interfere with the dispersion of infrared light. This will fully exploit the potential of infrared light and get the best possible image at night.
The suggested mounting height for dome cameras is from 2m to 3.5m.
