BCS-SD15/12 Down-converter for powering an IP video door entry panel from 12VDC over long distances: using a single UTP Cat. 5e

Reducing and stabilizing converter for powering video door entry panel and other devices from 12VDC after passive PoE. Allows power supply via a single UTP Cat. long distance cable. It uses free pairs in the LAN cable (T568B standard) to transmit power. At the input, it requires a power supply in the range of 35-56 VDC, while at the output, it reduces and stabilizes the voltage to 12VDC. It has one PoE input and one LAN output (Ethernet sockets) and 12 VDC power output (DC plug).

Due to power limitations of PoE switches according to af standard (max 15W), it is recommended to directly apply voltage to the free pairs of the UTP cable using BCS-ADPOE adapter.
