Carbon monoxide sensor EL HOME CD-92B8 freestanding

The CD-92B8 carbon monoxide detector is used to continuously monitor the presence of carbon monoxide in the air and to detect and alert when the safe concentration of this gas is exceeded. The CD-92B8 carbon monoxide sensor is small in size, enclosed in a single housing. It uses a high-tech electrochemical sensor and electronic control circuit, allowing it to achieve a high detection rate with low current consumption. When a dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide in the air is detected, the device generates an acoustic and visual alarm and displays the concentration on the LCD screen. The device has a test/restart button, battery consumption indication and sensor failure indication. It does not require any additional equipment or wiring for proper operation except for three 1.5V DC power batteries. The Chad sensor is installed at head height (e.g., the installation height in the bedroom is about 0.7 m, and in the living room is 1.5 m from the floor) in enclosed spaces where carbon monoxide is likely to appear. In addition, each specimen of the CD-92B8 Chad detector has been individually tested in a Polish laboratory, in a special chamber for the triggering of an optical and acoustic alarm, triggered by the presence of carbon monoxide in the atmosphere.
