FUSION SPLICER TCV-605C is a fiber optic welding machine suitable for any type of lighting. The device has a large and easy-to-read 5.6-inch LCD display with a resolution of 640*480 px, which makes the fiber optic core clearly visible and allows 300x magnification of the image. The welder is equipped with an ultra-bright LED for convenient operation in harsh lighting conditions, even at night. The battery charging time is only 3.5 h. Approximately 220 welds can be performed on a single charging cycle. The TCW-605C series uses high-speed image processing technology, as well as special precision positioning technology. It automatically completes the entire fiber fusion process in 8 seconds. The TFT LCD monitor displays all the stages of fiber fusion in a clear and understandable way. The device is commonly used for SM single-mode and MM multi-mode quartz fibers with a diameter of 80-150 µm, a covering layer of 0.1-1.0 mm in diameter and a bare fiber length of about 16 mm. The welding time is 30 seconds and the welding time is only 8 seconds.
